Torta, sopes and horchata were all good. I also liked the salsa, it had a nice smoky flavor.

From the west coast where I can find great Mexican food just about anywhere and this is right up there. Carne asada tacos were perfect. 10/10 would recommend. Service was great, food was great and the price was great too! $40 fed 2 adults and a child with a couple soft drinks. Hard to find on Maui!

Got the birria tacos and loved them! We’ve eaten here a few times and we keep going back to make sure it’s as good as we say. Great flavors and the food is consistently delicious, lots of seating and the staff is the friendliest. Great breakfast spot as well.

This place was really good! I was here with my wife and her parents and we were craving some Mexican food while out here in Maui after a hike. We are 100% Mexican Americans from Southern California and this food was awesome! Everything we ordered was great! If you're looking for an authentic Mexican food this is the spot! If you're looking for that processed packet salsa and fast food tacos, stick to Taco Bell.

What an excellent surprise to take a risk and try this place out. We were a group of 5, traveling back from the spectacular sunset view of Halekulani (a must). We were exhausted and hungry and La Poblana was in route to our timeshare. The carne asada nachos were great. The horchata was authentic (I mean it!). The green salsa was full of flavor. The chicken nachos has a generous amount if seasoned chicken and while it could have used some more cheese, these nachos were a good eat. Lastly was the shrimp burrito and it was yummy. Generous amount of plump shrimp. We are happy and tired (but not hungry) travelers.

Best BIRRIA TACOS in Kihei. Customer service is ON POINT. Food is amazing, bomb horchata, & churros. This our go to Thursday meals as they only serve birria on this day. Don't walk, RUN & support this business!
